We will market your property aggressively. Your
property will placed on the Multiple Listing Service, realtor.com and
our agency website. We will also place a tard sign on the property w/
brochures and place your property in multiple print publications.
Accepting an offer…
When an offer is accepted we ensure the deposit is
placed in an interest bearing escrow account in a state approved
financial institution. We will track the closing process every step of
the way and order all inspections, appraisals, title work and any other
essentials that may be required by you to ensure a smooth transaction.
We will communicate with the Buyers agent and notify you of all
communications and respond with any requests they may have as directed
by you.
