One of our licensed agents will prepare the offer for presentation to the seller. If you choose you may even wish to have the offer prepared by an attorney for additional security.

When the offer is accepted we will place your deposit into an interest bearing escrow account in a state approved financial institution. We will track the closing process every step of the way and order all inspections, appraisals, title work that may be required by you to ensure a smooth transaction.
